1921VK035 is the smallest Russian 32-bit microcontroller in QLCC-type (48-pin) package.
Its peripherals were designed with electric drive control in mind. This MCU is based on a CPU core with 125 DMIPS processing power and Floating-Point Unit, and has 64 Kbyte Flash memory, 16 Kbyte built-in RAM, as well as CAN, UART and SPI interfaces. The device requires a single 3.3V power supply for operation and has an internal oscillator to generate timing signals.
Application area: The MCU can be applied in measuring, communication, surveillance, security systems, in industrial automation, medicine, energy and industry devices including electric drives, as well as in various control systems.
