JSC NIIET is one of the leading electronic component manufacturers in Russia.

The Scientific Research Institute of Electronics (NIIET) represents one of the oldest Russian engineering schools with large production capacities and competent personnel.

In 1965 our company created the first indigenous microchip with dielectric insulation of its components. Thanks to our vast experience and swift adaptability to the needs of country, we offer our customers high-quality engineering, assembly and testing services for electronic components.

Currently, NIIET is the only Russian enterprise engaged in the mass production and supply of GaN-on-Silicon transistors.

The Scientific Research Institute of Electronics (JSC NIIET) is a part of the Element Group of companies which is the largest microelectronics developer and manufacturer in Russia. Scope of Business

We perform a complete cycle of works in design of digital and analog components, power, RF and DMOS transistors and electronic units based on them.

Our institute has a modern packaging line for IC, power, RF and DMOS transistors assembly in all types of ceramic packages.

Advanced equipment and expert engineers allow us to conduct comprehensive testing of electronic products using modern testing techniques.

JSC NIIET (part of the Element Group) has launched a modern, high-performance assembly line for QFP-type plastic packaging of various ICs and semiconductor components.

Our company offers mass production of ceramic packages for discrete RF components and provides services of applying gold and nickel plating to components. We also perform layer thickness measurements for gold-on-nickel and nickel-on-copper coatings.

Commercial production of semiconductor electronic components (bipolar and CMOS RF transistors, power-MOS transistors, planar and pin diodes, MIS capacitors, resistors).
