Galvanic gold plating
Galvanic gold plating of parts made of copper, brass, kovar (ferronickel), CuMo and CuW pseudoalloys (nickel-plated). The result is a clean, 99.99% gold plating with high corrosion resistance.

Galvanic nickel plating of copper, brass, kovar (ferronickel) parts. The resulting nickel coating have high hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Part soldering in hydrogen atmosphere
High-temperature part soldering in atmosphere of hydrogen or forming gas using 72% and 99.9% antimony solder.

Equipment: PV-04 hydrogen pusher-type furnace, MSHT hydrogen bell-type furnace.
Temperature of technological processes: up to 1000 °C.
Processing medium: hydrogen or forming gas (a mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen).

Chemical nickel plating
Chemical nickel plating of parts made of copper, brass, kovar (ferronickel), CuMo and CuW pseudoalloys. The resulting Ni-P coatings have high hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Production of nickel-phosphorus coatings up to 6 microns thick
