Ultra-low power 32-bit RISС-V microcontroller in a plastic package
K1921VG015 is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the RISC-V core architecture with internal non-volatile memory, multi-channel ADC, cryptographic coprocessor, serial interfaces, unauthorized access protection system , low current consumption in active mode with 50 MHz maximum operating frequency.
Application area: measuring equipment, household gas and electricity meters, industrial automation, medical equipment.
Technical characteristics:
- 32-bit CPU with a built-in Floating-Point Unit (FPU);
- RCU reset and clock control system with 1MHz RC oscillator and SYSPLL frequency synthesizer;
- PMUSYS system power management unit;
- 1 Mbyte main Flash memory;
- 256 Kbyte SRAM0 memory;
- 64 Kbyte SRAM1 memory with battery power;
- Unique 128-bit ID;
- 32-channel Direct Memory Access (DMA) controller;
- Battery-powered Real-Time Clock (RTC) unit, clocked by an external 32,768 kHz oscillator, with generation control and automatic transition to the internal oscillator in case of failures;
- Tamper Pin with three inputs powered by the battery domain;
- Cryptographic coprocessor, including a random number generator, CRC32 checksum calculation modules, hashing (HASH) and encryption modules using AES 128/256algorithms
- Temperature sensor;
- Watchdog timer;
- Independent watchdog timer;
- One 8-channel 16-bit sigma-delta ADC;
- One 8-channel 12-bit SAR ADC;
- Two analog comparators connected to the battery power domain;
- Three 16-bit I/O ports;
- One 32-bit timer;
- Three 16-bit timers;
- Five UART sequential ports;
- Interface ports: – CAN 2.0B; – USB 2.0 Fullspeed (Device);
- One I2C port;
- Three SPI ports;
- JTAG debug unit.
