Pavel Kutsko was awarded the Labour Union Central Committee Badge “For Social Partnership,” which is presented for his significant contribution to the development and strengthening of cooperation between employees and employers, as well as his active position in protecting the rights and interests of employees, and his comprehensive support for the NIIET trade union (part of the Element Group, MOEX:ELMT).
The honorary badge was presented directly at the institute by Dmitry Sergeevich Krivonosov, Chairman of the Voronezh Regional Labour Union of the Russian Labour Union of Radio-Electronic Industry Workers.
JSC NIIET maintains a high standard of social responsibility. The company’s trade union was established a quarter of a century ago and currently maintains close ties with the CEO, helping to implement all initiatives.
