Scientific Research Institute of Electronic Engineering (part of the Element Group, MOEX:ELMT) held its first web seminar of the year, titled “Trust but check!”
The event brought together over 100 specialists and was focused on the company’s unique test equipment: the AKTU-001 automatic thermal shock testing chamber for integrated circuits and semiconductor devices, the SIT series of electronic component reliability test rigs, and the SSET-16 sectional rig for electrical thermal conditioning and reliability testing.
Participants also learned about the capabilities of our design center for testing equipment and multitask tooling used by electronic component and electronic equipment manufacturers.
Particular attention was paid to fulfilling separate orders of our customers, including electronic component designer and manufacturers, as well as industrial test laboratories.
Customers shared successful experience of implementing JSC NIIET in major businesses not only in Russia but also in the Republic of Belarus.
For example, at Minsk-based JSC INTEGRAL, the use of the SIT 210 test bench has enabled the company to shorten the semiconductor production cycle by implementing simultaneous loading and accelerating devices’ electrical and thermal tests.
Russian companies also shared the benefits of using our testing equipment:
• SIT 210 test benches at JSC NZPP VOSTOK helped to optimize the process and increase throughput for screening and reliability testing of electronic components;
• Using the AKTU-001 chamber allowed specialists at the Sedakov Scientific Research Institute of Electronics and Nuclear Physics (RFNC-VNIIEF) to increase the throughput by streamlining the testing process and to reduce the consumption of testing mediums;
• At JSC KREMNY EL Group, a same model of chamber was upgraded with autonomous liquid nitrogen supply system to the freeze bath chamber, and, according to the technical specifications of JSC ANGSTREM, their modified AKTU-001 can now handle parts up to 150×150 mm.
Participants praised high quality of JSC NIIET testing center products and excellent post-sale service: the institute’s employees provide comprehensive support to its customers, supervising the equipment at all stages of its life cycle and providing online and offline adjustment consultations even after the sale is completed.
