The contest jury has completed the expert evaluation of the works submitted for the “Forum Mascot” contest. Out of many touching and creative children’s drawings from all over the country, the organizers selected 5 finalists who scored the highest points (maximum – 150):

1. Kiryanova Alina, 7 years old;

2. Sauri Agata, 11 years old;

3. Balashov Pavel, 9 years old – title of the work “Kremnivichok” (the author also sent a presentation about the creation of the drawing);

4. Kolomiytsev Daniil, 8 years old;

5. Kolomiytsev Mikhail, 13 years old – 2 works from one family, both drawings with AI modifications.

The winner was the wonderful work of the young artist Alina Kiryanova – the daughter of a NIIET employee (part of Element Group, MOEX: ELMT). Her character Mikrosha scored the highest points and won the hearts of the experts.

It is this drawing that will become the official symbol of the “Microelectronics-2027” Forum. Mikrosha will come to life as a life-sized mascot and will joyfully greet participants next year.

The Russian Microelectronics Forum has concluded its work in Sochi, and the competition’s geography spanned almost the entire country – from Moscow to Tomsk. The kids saw technology in their own unique way, and children’s imagination gifted us a gallery of amazing characters. Among hundreds of works were Quantik, Electron, Bint the robot, the funny Chipurashka, as well as techno-knights, dragons, cats, owls, and bees. Many participants approached the task like true professionals and sent entire presentations with backstories for their characters.

According to parents, the competition sparked real creative activity: children shared ideas and with great enthusiasm invented superpowers for their mechanical friends. The organizers received warm feedback with stories about how the young artists were anxious, proudly named their characters, and discussed new plotlines with their parents.

Carefully evaluating every single drawing is indeed a responsible task. The winners were determined by a highly representative expert jury.

The panel of judges included:

• Elena Vladimirovna Terskaya, art teacher, watercolorist, and founder of a licensed online art school;

• Sergey Ilyinsky-Akulov, President of the International Union of Animalist Artists;

• Olga Aleksandrovna Kazantseva, CEO of JSC RIC “Technosfera”;

• Alexander Georgievich Shmelev, Scientific Director of PTR “Humanitarian Technologies”, Honored Professor at Moscow State University (MSU), and Doctor of Psychological Sciences;

• Evgeniya Yuryevna Mironova, Deputy CEO of the ANO “Agency for Innovations” – Program Director of the interuniversity campus, and Head of the Laboratory of Meanings.

The competition organizers express their gratitude to all the young talents and their parents for the incredible emotions and family-oriented approach! All participants will receive commemorative electronic certificates and diplomas.
