Guided by Anodik, the children embarked on a fascinating journey through the institute. They were able to see with their own eyes how cutting-edge electronic components and devices are created — from the design stage to the final testing of finished products.
During the tour, the kids visited assembly shops and laboratories, learned about NIIET’s key business lines and its role in the development of domestic electronics. They also watched engineers and technicians at work, saw advanced equipment used in microelectronics manufacturing, asked specialists questions, and received clear, easy-to-understand answers about complex technical processes.
“In this anniversary year, it is especially important to share the institute’s achievements and spark an interest in science and technology from childhood. It is quite possible that some of these kids will come to work at NIIET in the future and carry on our developments,” commented CEO Pavel Pavlovich Kutsko.
The parents noted that the tour was an excellent family event: the children returned home inspired, filled with impressions and new knowledge. Many of the kids admitted that they now better understand their mothers’ and fathers’ professions and take pride in their work.
Furthermore, at the end of this event-filled day, each young guest received a commemorative souvenir from NIIET in honor of the institute’s 65th anniversary.
