Pavel Kutsko, General Director of NIIET (part of Element Group, MOEX: ELMT), has been appointed to the Expert Council of the Russian State Council Commission for Industry.

The Council provides analytical support and prepares proposals for industrial development, innovation, investment, digital transformation, and enhancing the competitiveness of Russian products. These materials are utilized by the State Council Commission when making strategic decisions. The State Council of the Russian Federation itself is involved in defining the strategic goals and objectives of the country’s domestic and foreign policy.

Key focus areas for the Expert Council in 2026 include bioeconomy, the chemical industry, mechanical engineering, unmanned systems, robotics, digital transformation, and the improvement of industry regulations.

The Expert Council is composed of specialists with deep knowledge and extensive experience in the industrial sector, as well as representatives from scientific and educational organizations, government bodies, and public associations.

Pavel Kutsko’s participation will ensure that the practical experience of microelectronics enterprises is taken into account when drafting proposals for relevant government agencies. The activities of the State Council Commission’s Expert Council for Industry are advisory in nature and are carried out on a voluntary basis.
