NIIET (part of the Element Group, MOEX:ELMT) presented a certificate of honor to a process engineer in the integrated circuit production department for significant contributions, outstanding achievements in industrial development, and many years of conscientious work.

The event took place in a festive atmosphere and became an opportunity to express gratitude to specialists who demonstrated high professional qualities and dedication to their work. Among the recipients were representatives from various sectors of the military industrial complex.

The awards ceremony took place in Moscow, attended by executives and employees of major industrial companies, ministries, and agencies. Each laureate received their well-deserved award from representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, accompanied by words of gratitude and appreciation for their work.

As explained by the NIIET HR Director, such events help to reinforce the sense of pride among defense industry employees and encourage further improvements in productivity. This important event underscores the importance of each specialist’s contribution to strengthening the nation’s defense capability and fosters patriotism and professionalism among the younger generation of military industrial complex workers.

A process engineer from NIIET, awarded a certificate of honor, said: “It was a great surprise for me to participate in such an honorary ceremony for industry specialists on behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. I am very pleased that professionals in their field have the opportunity to be recognized at such a high level. It truly motivates us to reach new heights and move forward.”
