Products of the Research Institute of Electronic Technology (NIIET, a member of the Element Group of Companies, MOEX: ELMT) have become even more accessible to Russian developers. The product range of the enterprise has expanded on the “Chip and Dip” electronic components marketplace: now, in addition to microcontrollers and evaluation kits, domestic RF LDMOS transistors manufactured by NIIET are available to users.
The new items include the KP9169AS pulsed transistor, as well as the KP9171A and KP9171BS linear RF LDMOS transistors. The products are designed for use in power amplifiers and are optimized for operation within signal transmitters of the DVB-T and DVB-T2 standards. This product line allows solving a wide range of tasks in the development of modern radioelectronic equipment, including the construction of power amplifiers based on the Doherty topology.
Marketplace users can also purchase microcontrollers manufactured by NIIET. These include the 32-bit K1921VG015 microcontroller based on the RISC-V architecture, designed for industrial and consumer electronics; the K1946VK035 microcontroller for automation systems, networking equipment, and electric drive control; and the 8-bit K1946VM014 micro-computer, oriented towards applications in robotic systems, industrial automation, telecommunications equipment, and portable devices.
In addition to the microcontrollers themselves, evaluation and prototyping boards for them can also be ordered on the platform. The boards are designed for studying microcontroller architecture, developing and debugging software, and rapid device prototyping. For the K1921VG015 microcontroller, users have access to both a full-featured and a simplified version of the evaluation board, which is compatible with Breadboard-type prototyping boards.
