The Testing Center of JSC NIIET (part of Element Group, MOEX: ELMT) continues to strengthen its technical capabilities with the addition of two upgraded SIT-210 test units to its equipment fleet.
Modernizing the testing equipment fleet marks a significant milestone in the center’s development. The new units will enhance the accuracy and reliability of ongoing tests while expanding the range of measurable product parameters. These upgraded test units meet the growing quality and safety standards for manufactured products, supporting both current and future operational goals of the enterprise.
The center’s specialists have already commenced operations with the new equipment. In the near future, the SIT-210 test units will be integrated into several key testing programs, which will increase overall throughput and reduce testing lead times.
Expanding the technical capabilities of the testing center further demonstrates NIIET’s commitment to the continuous optimization of technological processes and the maintenance of high-quality standards across all production stages.
The upgraded version is designed exclusively for the internal testing of voltage converters manufactured by NIIET.
The test system incorporates innovative technical solutions that ensure high measurement accuracy and operational reliability. Featuring a unique corporate-orange front panel, the new device visually stands out from previous models.
As a reminder, the SIT-210 system features a spacious thermal chamber equipped with high-capacity heating elements and forced-air heat exchange. The developed equipment can be utilized for reliability testing and burn-in (burn-in screening) operations specifically for integrated circuits (ICs), extending beyond just power electronics.
The SIT-210 unit offers an expanded loading capacity, accommodating up to 21 boards in the thermal chamber (holding from 10 to 50 ICs each). It supports exposure temperatures up to +150°C and features a programmable test sequence generator alongside high-capacity programmable switching power supplies to apply electrical loads to the devices under test (DUT).
