Employees of NIIET (part of the Element Group, MOEX: ELMT) participated in a traditional volunteer cleanup day, assisting in the maintenance and beautification of the grounds Kindergarten No. 4.

More than 30 specialists from the Institute—including engineers, laboratory technicians, and administrative staff—gathered to contribute to the improvement of the preschool facility. Participants were divided into working groups to perform various tasks: clearing lawns of debris and last year’s foliage, cleaning and painting curbs, tidying up playgrounds, and inspecting outdoor equipment.

“We have been supporting this kindergarten for several years. It is rewarding to see how collective efforts can rapidly transform a space, making it even more comfortable and safe for children. Our colleagues responded enthusiastically to the call to assist in the facility’s improvement,” noted the Institute’s Chief Engineer.

The Head of the Kindergarten emphasized: “The assistance from our sponsors is invaluable. Thanks to their labor, the territory has become significantly cleaner and more aesthetic, providing the children with enhanced opportunities for outdoor recreation and play.”

The Scientific Research Institute of Electronics regularly participates in socially significant initiatives for the city’s educational institutions: organizing career guidance meetings for students and supporting educational projects in collaboration with regional universities. The cleanup at the kindergarten represents both a further step in the implementation of the Institute’s Corporate Social Responsibility program and a sincere gesture of care for the future generation.
