As part of the national “Stff” project aimed at training and developing highly qualified personnel for high-tech industries, specialists from the JSC NIIET (part of the Element Group, MOEX:ELMT) completed unique educational programs for the development and production of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, which were established by our own experts.
The most relevant areas for our institute are wet chemical processing of silicon wafers in integrated circuit manufacturing technology and connecting process equipment to utility systems. Two NIIET employees completed professional training in these areas. The classes were held online, which allowed students to study the materials and attend online lectures at their own pace and outside working hours. The acquired knowledge and skills will enable NIIET specialists to implement modern technologies and improve production processes at the enterprise, which serves the purpose of the national project “Staff”.
It is important to note that in 2025, the opportunity to train employees in high-tech programs on a budgetary basis was introduced for the first time.
